THE MILLING ROOM

Opened in the heart of the Upper West Side in 2014 in the split-level bucolic courtyard of the former Endicott Hotel, the Milling Room has brought a new go-to spot to the neighborhood with acclaimed chef and co-owner Scott Bryan’s unique take on American food and drink. Bryan, who has traversed the culinary world from Bouley to Le Bernardin, Lespinasse to Apiary, Veritas and Bacchanal, has brought to this new eatery exquisite yet casual American cuisine that adds a modern flare to traditional fare. The drink menu adopts the same approach to modern mixology, rethinking classics and offering such delicacies as the Ford and the Union Jane.
